General Questions
1. What are the race entitlements I will receive as a participant?
As a participant, you will receive a Finisher Shirt as well as a race pack filled with attractive goodies!

2. Will there be any refund given should I be unwell on race day?
Unfortunately, race entries are non-refundable once the registration has been confirmed. However, you will still be able to receive your race entitlements!

3. Am I allowed to change my T-shirt size?
T-shirt sizes cannot be changed once the registration has been confirmed. Please refer to our sizing chart in the registration form to ensure that you have selected the correct shirt size.

4. Am I allowed to change my race category after signing up?
No, you will not be allowed to change your race category once your registration has been confirmed.

5. Can I transfer my race entry to someone else?
Race entries are non-transferable upon registration.

6. How can I confirm that I have registered successfully?
All participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.

7. What are the modes of payment?
Participants can either pay the registration fee via bank transfer or PayNow.

8. When do I collect my race pack?
Race packs will be given to you at the registration booth on the event day itself. For participants who missed the race, SMU Aquathlon will arrange race pack collection separately.

9. Am I allowed a refund if I am unable to make it for the race?
- Race entries are non-transferable or refundable, nor can the participant change race categories once the registration has been successfully submitted.

Race results can be found here.

2. Will the race continue in the event of unfavourable weather conditions?
In the case of unfavourable weather conditions, we will likely delay the start time and monitor the situation. If inclement weather continues to persist for more than an hour, we will, unfortunately, have to cancel the event without any refund of registration fees.

3. How do I know what is my race start time?
We will be sending you an email in due time to inform you of your race start time.

4. Where can I view the race route?
Please refer to the tab on race routes for more information.

5. Do I need any swimming proficiency certificates in order to participate in the race?
No certificates are necessary, but exercise good judgement before participating.

6. Can I use a swim buoy for safety?
Yes! You can bring your own regulated swim buoy that buckles around your waist during the race.
